1, Strands separate and stick to your head.
2, Put a conditioner on the ends unless the hair is very oily.
3, Shampoo as often as necessary even if that means everyday.
4, Don't brush or comb more than necessary.
5, Use a mild shampoo.
6, Don't use too hot a hairdryer.
7, Use very little shampoo.
8, To help reduce sebum production use, pints of water with the strained juice of 1 lemon added for the final rinse after shampooing.
