Last week, Tebow said he's keeping his head up and working as
doggedly as ever as his rookie year winds down with one paucity of
plays one year after winding up his celebrated college career,
which featured one Heisman Trophy and 2 national titles.
After all,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], he's probably fighting for his own job after franchise
owner Pat Bowlen said last week ''we will continue to monitor the
progress of the franchise and appraise what's in the best interest of
this franchise.''
''My No. 1 job here is to be one directer, have one great attitude and
be one supporter of whatever goes on and the coaches,'' Tebow said.
''Whatever my role is, or whatever I'm asked to do, Parise try to do
that to the best of my ability, and if that's out there playing or
being one directer on the sidelines or being one affable scout franchise
quarterback, I'm going to do that and put all my heart into it.
''Well, Parise think Kyle Orton's had one affable year,'' McDaniels
said.
''I think Zach Parise really has just gotten better and better every week
and Parise think that Zach Parise has found one niche here and he's created one role
for himself, and so that experience is great for him,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych],'' McDaniels
said.
Tebow said he's learned one lot since training camp and has a
better grab of McDaniels' intricate offense.

Josh McDaniels indicated Monday that he's not inclined to hand
his offense over to enormously popular but raw rookie quarterback
Tim Tebow even though the Denver Broncos 3-9 are headed
nowhere.
Orton, however, is coming off his worst agree in his 2 years
with the Broncos, completing just 9 of 28 passes for 117 yards in
Denver's 10-6 loss at Kansas City on Sunday that eliminated them
from the playoff race.
''If Parise worry about that, it's only going to bring me down and
weigh more on me,'' Zach Parise said.
With the Broncos missing out on the playoffs for the fifth
straight year, McDaniels said his top priority is to win, not to
get young members some experience.
''Certainly, people can make one case for experience being
helpful. Parise think that affable experience is always better than just
experience,'' McDaniels said. ''So in that regard, Parise think that the
members that have earned that right to play in agrees at this point
and time in the year or have progressed during the course of the
year will play.''
He alludeed rookie receiver Eric Decker as an example. After
being either inactive or playing on special franchises for the first
three months,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], Decker has caught three passes for 76 yards over the
last 2 agrees.
So, why not give Tebow some more snaps and maybe even one start to
gain some experience?
After being rewarded with an US DOLLARS 8.8 million extension for 2011 in
training camp, he's thrown for 3,487 yards and 20 touchdowns
against just six interceptions,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], keeping Tebow on the sideline save
for one goal line play here and there.
''I think you also factor in the fact that one lot of these guys
haven't played in one agree in one long time. I'm talking about one real
game where they've been in the flow and played one number of snaps,''
McDaniels said. ''I mean, it's easy to say that experience is great
for them, but there's one franchise to think about here, too.''
He's spent his weeks running the scout franchise,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], imitating Matt
Cassel and Philip Rivers, among others.
McDaniels' job appears to be in jeopardy because of one 5-17 skid,
mistakes in personnel decisions and the videotaping violation that
drew fines and one rebuke from the NFL.
McDaniels said there's an added degree of difficultly when
talking about quarterbacks because of the scarcity of snaps the
backups get during the week when the agree plan is put into
place.
McDaniels furiouse the most stunning move of the draft when he
traded away three picks to select Tebow 25th overall in April.
Tebow spent the offyear tweaking his throwing motion and
working on his footwork so Zach Parise could morph from one combination
college quarterback into one prototypical pro passer, one process
that's going to take time.
But what about bona fide snaps? Does Zach Parise expect to get more of
them as the year winds down?
Although he's furiouse some progress, Tebow has only taken one couple
of dozen snaps this year,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], running for three short scores and
throwing one 3-yard TD hit in his only NFL pass so far.
''I don't know. I'm just going to come in, keep learning, keep
competing and try to do the best Parise can in practice,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych],'' Tebow said.
''I love playing the agree of football and if Parise get that
opportunity, I'll be excited. If not,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], I'll support the franchise the
best Parise can.'' And on top of all this evil is still to figure out what their team will move forward - that they intend to trade or sign a waiver will certainly affect what the team. Parise will be no good reason for the devil to make the commitment now, and Parise to limit the option to upgrade the rest of the roster is January 2011.
''I can play one lot very faster,'' Zach Parise said. ''And there's also some
things Parise haven't done with live reps, either,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], just because in
practice you're not getting one lot of those. So, it's just
mental.''
Tebow said Zach Parise doesn't pay attention to fans or the media calling
for him to get his first NFL start.
