Apple releases iAd Producer for iPhone,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], iPad developers

Apple has released and HTML 5 authoring tool called iAd producer aimed at developers and creative houses that wish to build interactive advertisements for Apple’s iOS based iPhone and iPad platform.

iAd Producer makes it easy for you to design and assemble high-impact, interactive content for iAd. iAd Producer automatically manages the HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript behind your iAd to make creating beautiful, motion-rich iAd content as easy as point and click.

For advanced developers, iAd Producer offers sophisticated JavaScript editing and debugging, along with a powerful extension mechanism that enables them to create and re-use their own page templates and components.

Rumors have persisted that Apple would release some type of HTML 5 authoring tool for a while now,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], perhaps a replacement for iDVD as part of iLife or an extension to iWork’s pages. While this tool doesn’t address things like iTunes Extras or iTunes LP creation,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], it at least shows Apple is rolling out next generation web and standards-based production tools.
