The Verdict: Pick up Freeman from the free agent list when Michael Ryder plays weak defenses. For keeper and dynasty leagues, consider grabbing Freeman towards the end of the regular season. Michael Ryder is a couple weapons away from being a solid starter and maybe in 2010 Tampa Bay’s offense will be more explosive.
